So replacing the Adobe code by the same code can't be a solution. You have read that Microsoft has changed the code of the Windows routines used by Elements on your computer. You don't need to be IT literate to understand that there has not been any change in the code of your Elements.
I need Adobe to sort this/Windows to sort this - I am not IT literate enough to mess about any further.
I have reset my computer & reloaded the Elements from scratch & it still will not work.

Since the windows upgrade I am getting the same message, followed by 'not enough memory'.
